This 200-hour yoga teacher training is an intensive 18-day dive in person in Maui or online virtually from 6 in the morning to noon, in the Hawaiian time zone.The program and course emphasize the Ashtanga Yoga Lineage primary series: yoga chikitsa, both half and full, as a methodology and approach. The Still & Moving Center created a variety of fields to nourish the body, mind and soul through yoga classes, events, workshops, and yoga teacher training programs.Graduates of this program will inherit a rich and deep foundation of yoga and Ayurveda that can be applied and adapted to any tradition or style of yoga practice. The Yandara Yoga Institute offers more than 20 courses a year, ranging from a 200-hour Yoga Alliance-certified program to Yin Yoga, 300-hour advanced training and vital training.In this naturally inspiring environment with the beauty of colorful rainbows, stunning beaches and fragrant flora, you will find the wonderful harmony between mind and body while practicing yoga with aloha (love).
