The Chronicle is dedicated to promoting active dialogue around evidence-based practice in youth mentoring, with the goal of improving the practice of youth mentoring. We partnered with the FORGE Youth Mentoring Program to offer Maui a community program for youth in foster homes to connect with mentors in a safe and fun environment. All mentors must complete mentor training courses, background checks, reference checks, and interviews before being approved for this program.
